This is an appeal from an order terminating appellants parental rights to their daughter, Crystal. The order was entered on a petition filed by Crystals foster parents. We hold that with respect to a child entrusted to their care, foster parents have no standing to file a petition for termination of parental rights. We therefore reverse and remand for further proceedings.
